Overall a wonderful stay for the holidays. Clean hotel in a beautiful building really close to all the activities-approximately a 1 mile walk to downtown, less than a mile to First Beach and the Cliff Walk, Newport for Concours d'Elegance, and the outlets. Marvellous breakfast, outstanding food. The attentive and super staff working throughout the venue.

I had an amazing time at this bed and breakfast! The king size bed was incredibly comfortable and the lighting in the bathroom was great. The host was very gracious and provided us with helpful information. I loved the fun shell and carrot collection, as well as the interesting artwork. The porch was fantastic and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. The newly done bathroom was a nice touch too. Meeting the other guests was a highlight of my stay.

The delicious gourmet breakfasts are a highlight, and the free parking is a convenient bonus.

The only downside is that breakfast is served at a fixed time of 9am.
